Refund and Returns Policy

Returns/Exchange:

Returns and exchanges will be treated per order/situation (terms and conditions apply). All items not listed as final sale can be returned for another available item of choice within 10 business days of receipt. Return requests must be received within 3 business days of purchase. Items not received within stated period will be returned to buyer.

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched. Returns, exchanges or alterations are not offered on discounted items. To be eligible for a refund, item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels secured.

To complete your return/exchange, your purchase receipt is required. You will be responsible for the delivery cost of an approved exchange (except in the event of a damaged item received). An invoice will be sent to your email once your exchange request is received. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.

Elvira Jude offers a 10-day refund and exchange policy. All items bought during Sales cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns requests should be sent via email to returns@elvirajude.com

Refund:

Refund is on items purchased only, delivery charges not inclusive.
To complete your refund request, your purchase receipt is required.

Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product.

From the day you submitted your return request, this quality evaluation process may take up to 8 days. An email notification will be sent to you once return examination is completed.

All items bought during Sales cannot be exchanged or refunded

Important:

We ask that you order your correct size using our size chart. If you are not sure about your size, use a measuring tape to measure your bust, waist and hips in inches. If your measurements do not correspond with our size chart, we highly recommend custom sizing for a perfect fit.

To ensure fast and efficient service, all orders are shipped via our international courier partner (DHL).
Orders are processed and delivered only Mondays through Fridays. These exclude holidays and weekend.
