    1. How can I place an order?

    2. How can I order an outfit in my correct size?
      Please see our size chart as reference to order the right fit. If your measurements do not fit into any of the standard sizes on our chart, choose the custom size option in the size selection drop-down, then input your basic measurements (Bust / Waist / Hip) in the additional info box at Checkout.
    3. Do you take custom design orders?
      Yes, we accept custom orders for all sizes and designs. For custom sizes off our size chart, we charge a 15% fee of the garment retail price. To make a variation of a design, please schedule a consultation with a Design Consultant using this form (charges applicable).
    4. How long will it take to get my order?
      This will depend on your location. Delivery of orders within Lagos state usually takes 1 – 2 business days and 2 – 3 working days for Inter-state and international
      deliveries.
    5. When does my pre-order items ship?
      Pre-order orders usually take 5 working days for production. Your order will be delivered 7 – 10 working days after order placement for locations within Lagos, and 10 to 14 working days for inter-state and overseas locations.
    6. Do you ship overseas?
      Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping charges apply and will be added to your bill and clearly stated on your invoice.
    7. What shipping carriers do you use?
      We use DHL for inter-state and overseas deliveries.
    8. Can I return my product?
      We aim to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products always but if you do need to return an item, please see our refund and returns policy for guidance. We’ll be more than happy to walk you through the process should you experience any difficulty and clarify any further questions you may have.
    9. Do you have a physical store?
      Yes, we do. We are located at 26A Babatope Bejide Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria. It will be our utmost pleasure welcoming you to our space.
