PAYMENTS DETAILS/OPTIONS

The accepted form of payments at ELVIRA JUDE are:

RETURN POLICY

  • No refunds.  Exchange or store credit only if your item was not listed as final sale at the time of purchase. Items can only be returned within 7 days of delivery after it has been communicated with customer care.
  • All merchandise tagged “SALE” are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition including tags. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned.
  • You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund is on items purchased only, delivery charges not inclusive.
  • Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. From the day you submitted your return request, this quality evaluation process may take up to 7 business days. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed.
  • We do not offer cash refunds
