We are looking to hire a savvy and positively driven Business Manager who has a strong sales personality and not afraid to take on challenges, explore new business territories and understands the business of fashion. A fashion girl with a business mind, they must be able to meet with clients and conduct business in a friendly and professional manner.


  • Create and maintain proper working structure within the organization
  • Actively develop the business side of the brand.
  • Identify sales leads, pitch products and communicate same to prospective clients.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans that expand company’s base and ensure its strong industry presence.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up (and attending) meetings.
  • Researching markets to find new business opportunities.
  • Attending workshops, trade fairs and other industry events.
  • Prepare detailed business plans that cover relevant goals and objectives.

Degree in Business Development, Business Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations or relevant field with 3-5 years’ experience.  Experience in luxury fashion retail is an added advantage
